Introduction: Pregabalin belongs to non γ- GABA receptor agonist or antagonist is a new type of calcium channel regulator, which can block voltage dependent calcium channels and reduce the release of neurotransmitters. Clinically, it is mainly used for neuralgia related to diabetes peripheral neuropathy, post herpetic neuralgia and adjuvant treatment of adult partial seizures, generalized anxiety disorder, central neuralgia (including neuralgia associated with spinal cord injury, stroke and multiple sclerosis) and fibromyalgia.
Usage: Pregabalin is mainly used for the treatment of peripheral neuralgia and adjuvant treatment of localized seizures.
Preparation: the preparation method of pregabalin capsule has the following steps:
① Pass the pregabalin raw material on the swing granulator for 30 meshes (aperture 600 μ m) Screen, and then pass the pregabalin raw materials passing the 30 mesh sieve through the 60 mesh sieve (aperture 250 μ m) Screen and 80 mesh (aperture 180 μ m) Screen, take the pregabalin granular powder that has passed the 60 mesh sieve and the 80 mesh sieve, and set aside;
